I try not to eat a ton of starchy carbs , but the cravings hit sometimes! So instead of eating an actual muffin... I choose things that give the feeling of a cheat. Like these muffins!!
They are very simple to make and do not take a lot of time!
** I just recently re made these with the quest protein powder in vanilla flavor and it was soooo amazing!!! use whichever protein powder you prefer, but the quest protein powder is currently my favorite for this recipe! **
Simply mix all of the ingredients, bake, and enjoy!
