Spaghetti Squash Casserole Bake!

Prep time: 20 min

Bake time: 30 min

Needed:

A medium sized spaghetti squash ( I only used half of it)

Basil

Garlic Salt Powder

Pepper

Mushrooms

Think Veggie Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

* Feel free to substitute any other veggies if you do not like mushrooms.

*Must bake the spaghetti squash prior to cooking the casserole. You can microwave it for 15 min. (punch holes into the squash with a knife before )

*Pictured above are cherry tomatoes. I ended up not using them, however you can if you'd like

  Step 1: A layer of spaghetti squash. Then top it with seasonings. Basil, pepper and garlic salt is what I used. Make sure to spray the dish before starting step 1.

  Step 2: A layer of marinara sauce. Chunky veggie sauce is best.

  Step 3: A layer of mushrooms.

  Repeat steps 1-4. Layer of spaghetti squash, seasonings, sauce, mushrooms, then cheese.

  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes!
