Okay, kidding! But on a serious note, I do love podcasts. Last year is when I really found my love and maybe addiction/obsession for them. The very first podcast I listened to was the Risen Motherhood podcast, a friend told me about it and as a new mom I was hungry for information on the topic of motherhood. Then early last year I started listening to the Rise podcast by Rachel Hollis (ya’ll know I love that woman) and then I discovered the suggestions section. From there it started to snowball and I found more and more podcasts that I genuinely enjoyed listening to. I listen to probably an episode a day, mainly when I take baby G on walks, when I’m on a run outside or when I am cleaning the kitchen at night before bed. I love the feeling of growing, discovering and expanding my knowledge. I feel like any topic that I want to gain knowledge on, there will be a podcast to help me out. For example, last summer I was deep into doing social media management for companies and I wanted to make sure I knew all that there was to know on social media marketing, so I began to listen to the Social Media Examiner podcast (which is amazing btw for learning all things social media). Seriously I’d be shocked if there was a topic I wanted to learn more about that didn’t have an amazing podcast to help me learn.
There are so many more amazing podcasts on my subscription list but I figured I’d share the ones I listen to most with you guys. If I’m missing any truly great podcasts, comment below and let me know what I need to add to my subscription list!
